- An Aquatic Center with a Dual Propulsion Endless Pool and two Tudor Treadmills
- A Client/Pet Social Networking Center with a Full Kitchen and 1,000-square-foot Employee Gym
- Six (6) Single-Use Private Bathrooms Equipped with Bath Fitter™ Shower Enclosures
